Shaper issues #1: Making crown molding with a shaper
After installing my new Amana 962 Crown Molding Shaper Cutter in my new Shop Fox 2 hp shaper, I was pretty fired up about making some saw dust and beautiful crown. After trying several different hold down techniques I could not get a single piece of salvageable crown molding. I decided to give up for the day. Today I went out after calling Shop Fox and decided to give it a try again. The guy at Shop Fox was non commital in giving me solid adivise, but he did mention making a jig which could help.
