Drill an access hole in the base

Line up the centre of the base using a spacer

Place the bearing over the spacer

Screw the bearing to the base
more next week

ok larry thanks…I have actually used one just like this…but i only attached the metal piece…i did not attach the smaller wooden circle—-this makes much more sense…
