Well, after a lot of soul searching and many requests… I finally made a small video introduction… Now you will know what my ugly mug looks like and whether I have an accent or not… depends where in the world you hail from… I suppose…
This is the first in what I hope will be a longer series featuring Lazy Larry Woodworks…

And the music in the background was purely coincidental … Did not even realise it was playing until after I was editing…LOL

I can deal with the accent. It’s the steering wheel on the wrong side of the Ute I have problems with. :)

Not too shabbly Larry. You did a good job for a new guy infront of the camera.

Larry you did a great job. Better than I would ever do. Thanks for doing it, I like to hear the accents of people. I’m from central Missouri. Most people especially my family say I have that southern draw, especially with some of the termanoligy that I use.

Hi Larry,

You are an ugly bloke! I thought you were only kidding about that.

Ah, just kidding. Nice job on the video, but it is obvious, you’re feeling a little uneasy about it.

I figure it will get easier for you, but alas, you’ll never be good lookin”

Larry I think you done good bud. Its cool to hear the regular Larry voice. Now I can throw in your accent in while reading your funny comments. I personaly look forward to seeing more of these. Keep it up my friend.

Ohh yea, and lets not get started on accents. I live here in a semi small town in Texas… Lord knows I have my own accent as well. I think it is very cool how it helps define who we are and where we come from.

Great job Larry. It was natural and will make others comfortable with your presentations. Good Luck.

Larry, you shouldn’t have any worries about how you look and sound. That is the main reason you haven’t seen my ugly mug on a video. Good job and looking forward to the next one!

Great job Larry! You seemed a little nervous at the beginning but you smooth right out in the middle.
Remember to look at us when you talk.
One more suggestion… the music is nice but I would have instrumental only… the singing conflicts with your voice and can be a bit distracting.
If you are half as successful in front of the camera as you are in front of the Torque, you’ll have a grand old time!!! I’m sure you will!!!

looking good Mate!

Quick Tip: It’s easier to be in front of a camera when you are reading a script, and harder when you also need to improvise your text on the spot ;) Although it could make for some fun moments (either way).

...I start with a large timber… I cut it down to small timber, and I put it back to large timber again… hehe – priceless!
