    Hi,
Yes I have had several lasers over tge past few years.
Unfortunately I have retired, sold up and moved to live in Thailand.
If you are only engraving, any laser will do the job.
It will depend on your nudget. also the higher power and speed will come into it.
I have not kept up on new developments but most lasers now are at least adequate.
Sorry I could not be of more help.
    Play safe.

I'm thinking of getting co2 laser engraver that I nothing about. I understand from other members that you had several of them and might be able to point me in the right direction. The largest part that I would be engraving would be wood cutting boards, also 8×10 glass plates and to do the glass I was told it had to be a c02 laser.

    Thanks

Larry, your page came up on 'Roll the Dice'. I've just looked through your projects (224!) and what a tour de force of technique and execution they are. Keep it up mate.

Great project. You did a great job. I live in Central Coast California and wine barrels are abundant. I want to make a similar project and would like any drawings or dimentions you may be able to provide. I am very interested in the smaller barrels you used for the seats. What type of barrels are they and where can they be purchased? I looked all over for those with no luck. I intend to install a propane fire pit burner in the center of my wine barrel, but have an option to place the lazy susan over the burn when not in use. Thank you.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

    God Bless
