Timberwolf Blade

Today after church I called Woodcraft to see if they had a Timberwolf blade in stock. ( 1/2×93 1/2 3 TPI ). They had one so I went and picked one up. It was too cold to go out and try it today I am hoping it will be a little warmer tomorrow. It’s killing me having a new saw and not being able to go play with it. At church my friend asked if I wanted to go to The Woodworking Show in Columbus next Saturday, of course I am going. My son is also going with us. He wants to make a bed room suit starting this spring and needs a few tools to get started. Hope maybe to see some of you guys there. Just look for a fat guy blundering around with tool lust in his eyes.

Great Blades. I usually get one every time I go to Woodcraft.

I hear ya, it’s been too cold for me to do much work on cleaning mine up. I’m going to order tires and a blade from Suffolk as soon as I can get started rehabing mine.

I just bought that Timberwolf blade (only 111” long) at the wood show for $20. So…. maybe buy another one at the show for backup.

I also got a 1/4” Timberwolf for $19 at the same booth.

I was at the one in Baltimore. It was at the PS Machinery Inc. booth, who are the guys that make Timberwolf. You get to talk to the horse’s mouth about blade tension and stuff.

I just looked up your blade and it costs $19.90 – 10% = $17.91 + tax

The 10% discount is only at the show.

Their web prices are cheaper than Woodcraft the last time I checked. (?)

They had some 1/8” blades that make it almost like a jigsaw. I wish I had bought one for a rainy day.

Heck, get a 1/4 and 3/8 also while you are at it. Buying stuff is fun :-)
