I did an out of the box review, and comparison test between the Drill Master, and the General EZ Pocket hole jig.

Like always I have it posted to my Blogger site.” http://daves-workshop.blogspot.com/2014/03/drill-master-96264-portable-pocket-hole.html":http://daves-workshop.blogspot.com/2014/03/drill-master-96264-portable-pocket-hole.html

Generally speaking, the General does the job, but is a little harder going between workpieces, and lacks adjsutment. For simplicity sake though, it is a real winner…

The Drill Master, although far from perfect (nothing really is anyway), it blows away the General when you have a lot of pocket holes to make, and in different thickness wood, and from a build quality perspective this thing even puts the well regarded Kreg K4 to shame.
