Just a heads up, user Vinay121 is sending out the old Nigerian bank transfer money scam through PMs. I notified Martin and have the profile blocked. Hard to throw away a million bucks (think of all those tools!) but my logical mind intervened. Some days, I wish for someone to steal my identity. They might do a better job than I :)

David, if nothing else these guys certainly are persistent. It is hard to believe that anyone would really believe that e-mails like this are legit but I guess there are enough suckers who respond to keep these scams going.

David, thanks I agree with Scott, but if this helps just one person then it was worth the effort.

David l got one this week, but title lt tipped me off so l clicked on spam.
But about 5-6 years ago l got one of those messages offering me 40% think it was from a deceased estate, must have thought l had stupid stamped on my forehead.
Anyway l googled to check into reporting these people and found phone busters, they are a federal police group who track these people the person on the phone asked me to send all emails l got.
So l did, l was given a contact person name number he said odds of catching these people is rare most times next to impossible.
But happy to report they got these guys but were not from Nigeria, they were from Montreal next province over.
They wouldn’t tell me details, just would say it was successful, just thought would mention these nuts don’t always get away.
thanks for posting

Removed. Hope you noticed that we’re getting less of these persistent spammers slowly. Behind the scenes updates are working well so far.

nobody has offered me any money yet ,
but i have had lots of women (?) ,
wanting to be with me ,
because i am so cute ?
then they need $500 for a phone card to talk to me in person !
fortunately i am really to dumb ,
to get the address right ,
and my money never gets there .
the pictures they send from fashion magazines are nice ,
they are like posters around my computer !
there is one i can’t seem to erase ,
laying around in her underwear ,
wants to love me !
we can trade them like baseball cards if anyone is interested ?

Your post reminds of a comedian’s (I can’t remember who) comment on the theft of his wife’s credit card.
He didn’t inform the credit card company because the thief was running up fewer charges than his wife did!
Have your say...
