My new dust filter unit arivied from Grizzly yesterday (1/20). I ordered it on 1/14 so it took 6 days to get here via UPS Freight. I will be mounting it on the ceiling this weekend and start putting to use. I’ll give it a month or so then do a review on it. I went with the larger 1400cfm model #G9956 versus the 1044cfm model G0572, because of the size of my shop.

Greetings David: I take it when you say dust filter you are talking about an air cleaner? Those things are great for cleaning the fine dust particles still floating around after you’ve quit making sawdust…. lol. I have a JDS 750 air cleaner, and it works great. Yor’re gonna like yours, too. I usually run mine while I’m working in the shop, and when I’m through for the day (or night), I usually set it to run for about an hour after shutting down. That way it’ll clean the air good, and get rid of junk air and dust. Mine is remote control, and has a timer on it. I suspect yours is the same…. not knowing anything about the Grizzly, but they are all the same. Like you, I have a big shop, and both will work really good. Congrats on the new purchase…. you’ll like it…..... keep on keeping on…..... later. Look forward to the review….......... later again….... lol.
