Well thanksgiving has come and gone and not a whole lot to show for my time off. I did however get maintenance done on my tools. Wife was out of town for a week visiting her parents in New york state, so I watched a little more college football than I should have. Between that and decorating the house and yard with Christmas decorations was all I felt like doing. I guess being a little lazy isn’t a bad thing, although I did help a friend out with some detail routing on a table he is making, so it wasn’t a completely wasted long weekend.

Dave, it sounds like you had a pretty productive weekend to me. Doing maintenance on tools is one of those tasks that we tend to put off but it needs to be done fairly regularily. And there is nothing wrong with sitting around watching college football, especially when your wife is out of town. I am sure you were using the time “planning ” the next project you are going to build for her (during the commercial breaks, of course). :)
