Welcome to Lumber jocks :) Glad to have you aboard and am deeply sorry for your loss Knowing first hand how painful it is to lose one (mine wasn’t to fire but the other dreaded f- word Foreclosure) I know you will rebuild
and everything will be fine :)

welcome to the best and most addictive site on the planet. Sorry to hear what happened. How did you go about getting insurance for the tools? I was just wondering if there was anything left that would be salvageable?

Sorry for your loss of building and tools. Hopefully it was all insured. I had to sell my shop and equipment when I moved back to Iowa. It is kind of nice to start over with everything new. Here is your chance to say, what would I do different and what equipment would I buy different. Have fun planing and set up your new shop.

God Bless
tom
