Does anyone know if it is possible to delete ones own post? I accidentally posted a duplicate, but couldn’t find a way to delete it.

Thanks Dan! Glenn and I used the table saw to rip some baseboards for my basement and it worked like a dream! Here is the blade that I went with:

I really appreciate all of your instruction on my table saw!

Be blessed and have a good weekend.

Hi Laythen,
Thanks for the feedback. Good choice on blade. Found a guard yet? Post a request on a new forum on LJ or find a tool forum to add.
Electricity scheduled for Monday. Getting by.

Yep, still got all 10. I have been searching for a gaurd/splitter and will post on the forum. Used the braided wire cup on the surface and cleaned up the fence and the miter. What a difference! Used some meguiar’s paste wax and I can see my reflection in the table… almost scared myself! I will post a picture soon.

Thank you for the info and welcome. I joined the site because I saw a member advertising a RAS for a good price. I just bought one for my dad and have found that replacement parts can be pricey. So I hoped to see about the one I found. Unfortunately the gentleman has never responded and so it looks like I was a bit late. I updated my profile and I put a brief explanation of what I am working on in the about me section. Thanks again.
