10 posts in 1274 days Location: Salt Lake City, Utah I've been involved in woodworking and design since I was a boy. I'm nearing retirement age and have recently started my own woodworking business. I've always loved the look and feel of wood. I marvel that the grain of wood is always different from each board to another. Each piece is unique and possesses its own character. I believe that the woods grain should be emphasized in the pieces I create. I think it's almost sinful to cover natural wood with paint.
