Well here is my back round in wood working.
It all started in high school as a freshmen. I took a industrial arts class (woodworking). I learned all the basic uses of hand tools, and power tools, in the first part of the year. Next we picked a priject to build. I designed a HIFI cabinet. That would hold 12”speakers a record player and a ampliflyer. Had a flip up lid to get to the record player. mounted the speakers on either side and covered with speaker cloth. The amp had its oun compartment with fold down door. This took the rest of that year and part of the firs of the next year. And I have been building ever sence. I am now looking into buying a Central machinery 14” band saw. It comes with the 6” riser block. I want to try my hand at resawing wood. Will be needing to know where to get the best resaw blades. At this pont not sure of the size of the blade. Will know today I am going to pick up the unit this afternoon. Jeff
