Hidden tang knife blades - 4 replies
I want to make my first knife with a hidden tang blade. I want the blade to be about 8” long (carving knife) without the tang. The blade should be 440c steel or Damascus. Can’t seem to find the right site to get one. Your help is appreciated. John

Convert handwheel lathe tailstock to crank - 10 replies
I have an older model Craftsman 12” lathe that has a handwheel in the tail stock (wheel is in the middle of the tailstock). Dust Buildup in Dewalt 735 Planer - 2 replies
Two of the three holes for the dust shroud hold down screws broke so I replaced the dust shroud with a new one from a Dewalt store nearby.
