Project Information

After months of hard work, the blackfeather woodshop is finally complete. All machines are set and running, Its a dream come true to finally get the woodshop I have always wanted. The 37×61 shop is stocked with an Oliver planer, bandsaw, and lathe. i still use my old unisaw, and rockwell jointer. 24" shelving runs down both walls for plenty of storage. Still gotta build a front deck for the upstairs access. Thie best advise I can give is if you ever build a shop always double the size because it fills up fast.

WOW! I'm jealous! Love the shop.

Are all the rocking chairs so when the old guys from town come for coffee they can sit and watch you work? :)

Can I trade you even for my 10' x 14' basement shop with plenty of headroom (if you like bending forward) ? Pretty please with sugar on it ?
Congratulations : )

What a shop! Congratulations on a great build. I can't even imagine what it would be like to have that much space and being able to walk right through without knocking anything on the floor. I can appreciate that as a professional you need that kind of space. I've never seen or heard about Oliver woodworking machines before, but it's pretty obvious just from looking at them that they are premium quality. Good luck with your new quarters!

With equipment of that size you definitely needed a shop of this size. Great place to work in
