Very nice piece you made. I love the way the grain flows down into the rounded part of the bowl.

Great turning. And great job on keeping the knuckles! haha They usually get hit on the first turning like this. (I know)

Nice job.

Like Scrappy, I know what it is like to get banged up on a project like this. I recently did one of these with lignum vitae to produce a very heavy, but interesting, bowl.

Beautiful piece, I love bowls with corners. And they are generally very popular at art fairs. Keep up the nice work!!!!

nice starting piont, great piece of timber, these can get a bit addictive, you will no doubt very quickly pick up on "shadow" turning with squares especially with the larger ones, this looks about 6''. well done
