Terrific job on this box. Fine work with the veneer and the decorative inlay banding. It's enjoyable to make your own banding isn't it. Really like the "Andrew Crawford" style arched top box. For someone new to veneering your certainly off to a great start.

Nice. I like it.

OK. Maybe I missed something. Your last box had a carved top, this has a bent top.
Did you use wiggly wood for the substrate, or something else?
What did you use for the bending form?

I would really like to try this.

Wonderful combination of banding and field veneer. The colors and textures work perfectly. If you're new to this, I can't wait till you get better!
