That's a light mounted on the side, right? Good idea, I like it. Most of these jigs have you working in the dark.

I was gifted a dremel this past weekend. Your rig is great. Scrap wood or a $30 mount. Hmmm. LOL.

that is a great idea !
i think i will try that out before spending $ i shouldnt be on the Stewart-mac base/kit...

it's $50 for the plunge base, or 100 for the kit that includes and edge guide and air/dust blower.
but it's sure a beautiful jig! and i think for fine,close up inlay routing its probably a little more wieldy .
though i guess one could make a daintier scrapwood jig too. hm!

Neat idea. Please post when you make the one for the roto zip. Mine are not the same. The roto zip has more power than any of the dremels or counterparts I have. Thanks for posting.

I like this!! I have a dremel but never use it!! maybe this jig will make me reconsider its place in the shop!! Thanks - cool idea!
