What an awesome idea and a great execution!!

I figured … once I got my DC hooked up … life would be a cabaret, but … after about 2hrs of cutting tenons in mahogany on my table saw … with a regular blade and my ZCI …. I learned just how cool something like this would be!

[cough, cough!]

Really nice!

This is a great looking homemade setup. You may have given me the courage to attempt my own!

Nice setup! I noticed you also have a Delta T2 fence, which I just installed a few days ago on my Craftsman TS. What is the purpose of the oak piece with a center groove on top of the fence? I can't quite see the fence handle in the picture. What is the hold down knob for? Sorry for all these questions.

This is very cool. I would be interested in seeing more on the mechanics and construction of this.

Mike,
I would be very interested to see more pictures on how you attached the T-track on top of the fence without drilling any holes. I had made several featherboards for my old fence that I like to use on the new fence but I hate to drill holes in it.

Thanks!

Great TS mod. It'd be great if dust collection ports were a standard feature on blade guards, but I'm not holding my breath. I'd love to see more pics of the guard you made though????
PS: your fence project looks great as well.
