    Thanks much, All!

Great site you've got, here. You've earned a collective bow for your total contributions. Much treasure lies within.

    Thanks, Bureaucrat! Thanks, Karson!

    Hey, All.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I've lurked around this site for a couple of weeks, but … had to take the plunge and join … 'officially.'

I'm pretty new to all of this, and-as my profile says-have some pretty distinct challenges (visually impaired, and have significant difficulty with near work), but … I have a brother who's a woodworker, and has been in the tool biz for years. He's served as kind of an inspiration and encouragement to me.

I'm fascinated by this woodworking stuff, and more than a little daunted by how much there is for me to learn … BUT … that's half the fun!

My repertoire of projects done is really limited, but … my list of projects TO do is growing like a weed (I'm sure y'all understand that part)!

I've got a wine rack in process right now, and a storage bench in the finishing stage (meaning: handed off to my wife!).

I'm looking forward to participating, here, and to learning all I can (and sharing the tiny bit that I already know (LOL)).
