As you can see, I need a little more room, but that only means that I would get more equipment so it never changes. Ripping a long board can be a problem because of the way I had to position the equipment. The shop is about 26×20 feet and has a bathroom. I wish I had a dust free finishing room. My only regret is that I had a swamp cooler installed instead of air conditioning. It gets hot out here!

Andy, it looks like you have a really nice shop space in which to work. Your shop area is bright, well-lit and has an abundance of natural light, which is a luxury for most of us. I like your vertical wood storage as well. To me this is a better way to store wood as you can get to the boards in the stack easier. Mine are store horizontally and, if I want a particular board at the back of one stack, I have to dig through all the board in front of it to get to the one I want.

It looks like you have organized your shop well and you have a nice set of tools to play with. I would enjoy working in your shop.

Thanks for posting pictures of your shop. I enjoyed touring it.
