We built this stand-alone woodshop in 2007 and have continued to improve it and add more tools and toys!
I don't hunt and fish and rarely do I get to golf these days. I have included some fotos of my shop.
One of the things we did that has worked out so well was installing floor electric outlets. (both 110 and 220)
The vac system, table saw and jointer are 220V. All of the tools in the shop are on a remote controlled vac system.
The assembly table was originally a 10 person dining table I made out of red oak. 4' 8" x 8" 8". I inset the Kreg table clamp and mounted the Kreg drilling Jig and Leigh dovetailer. Having a big table to work on has been a life saver on many of my projects.
As I look at other workshops, I keep coming up with ways to improve this one. All it takes is time, effort and money, right?
