Question, does the Mulberry wood change color over time and/or with exposure to the sun I've heard stories to that effect? If so what color should one hope or not hope to see. ;^)

It will turn a warm chocolate brown over yellow,the color is already in places like around the knots.Im keeping it out of direct light though.thanks

Thanks for the update on the color. The reason I asked is I have several 3/4"x6"x6' Mulberry boards that have been in my shop for a year and a half and I've seen no color change, I have fluorescent lighting but no windows.

UV exposure will change the color of mulberry quite a bit…heart wood that begins pale yellow will turn to a golden color, and gold or rose color will turn red or chocolate like sidestepmcgee said. There are UV blocking poly's on the market which should do a good job of freezing it where you want it, however. I've got some which is almost like ash, but by controlling how much sun it sees, can control the color.
