I moved from a 16' x 20' building with inadequate electric to a 30' x 40 ' building with a 10' x 30' loft. 20' to the ridge! I had an electrician do the electric. Lots of 220 and 110. Big bill too!! I bought a Grizzly 24" double drum sander, a 15" helical head planer, a double cannister dust collector, a used Nova DVR lathe-goodby Harbor freight!!-, an almost new Sears radial arm saw, and an 18" Rikon bandsaw. Oh, I also replaced a 15 year old 10" miter saw with a DeWalt dual bevel sliding miter saw on a stand. I am a happy camper. I built some sturdy benches and wood storage. I just added a ProCom ventless propane garage heater after recommendations from Lumberjocks. Works great. I enclosed the loft with plastic sheeting for storage and a finishing space. I don't have much cash left, but I am planning on selling at Art and craft shows again. Nice to not have to go to the day job. Just wander out to the shop and work.

Nice shop. You should bring in the focus a bit better, or is the blur just my eyes.

Don't worry about the blur Robert, I have trouble with my photo skills to. But I can build a pretty mean piece of furniture.

Nice shop.
Have a blessed day, Todd

Great Shop!! Lots of room. How do you like the Grizzly G1066Z sander, I have the G1066R? Works great but paper does not hold up long. I have been toying with the idea of changing it over to hook and loop like the "Z".
