Project Information
Hello everyone.
I commissioned a while ago, if I could, make a windmill. It was to give to a child, who was entranced whenever she saw a real one.
From there on he was thinking how. It had to be something small and lightweight to be a toy. At the same time it had to be durable enough not to disarm the first blow.
Choose to bend the fins, since thus would have an entire table and gave me feeling of being more resistant. These are pine.
The bracket also had to be tail light and resistant (pine), so opt for a system of curved wood, which by straining in opposite directions, were very resistant.
The tower system is kiri, which is also very light and pretty tough.
All this was to work so I got to make adjustments and other details that are common in any projects.
Before starting the construction project review published in LJ and I were very helpful. So I knew I was to make the wheel first, then their proportion in the queue, and finally the tower.
I hope the binge it to their liking and will last a reasonable time.
Thank you all!
Big hug.
Gerardo
