Project Information

I had been looking for a unique wooden beaded necklace for awhile, without success. So, I decided to make my own. Trickier than I had expected, but ultimately a pretty satisfying project. Each bead turned on lathe. Finish was just butcher block oil/wax mix. Great use for small scraps laying around. Beads are maple, walnut, bubinga, and mahogany.

Very pretty beads, like the variety of shapes and colors. Great to assemble for women's and men's accessories. Great job!
