Project Information

I have a few hand drills/braces laying around. Some are in the rafters, some on the walls, and some just sitting around on the benches. I figured it was about to organize them and get them straightened out. I started with rough sawn poplar lumber given to me from a friend. Flattened all the 2 boards out. I then used a cove molding plane to create a decorative front edge. Drilled the holes and cut the slots. I then cut out two supports on the scroll saw. Used screws to hold it all together for the time being. It is too cold right now to use glue in the shop so I will take it down and glue it back together this summer. @Chrisstef- I like your signature. I have a 34" wood jointer I picked up for $20 at an antique store.

I cant claim the quote Tim as it came from our very own LJ SmittyCabinetshop but I immediately tagged it as sig worthy. That's a monster jointer dwarfing even the #8. I wouldn't mind checkin that out if you got some pics.

@Chrisstef- When I get home from work tomorrow I'll get some pictures out. Do you have an email/phone number you want them sent to?
