No sire could of real; easy though got all the tools to but on this piece of wood, I thought it would look better just burnt.

Jim, are you saying you burnt the lettering and design onto the wood? Sure would like to see how you did that with it looking so nice.

all I do is make up ,my pattern to the lettering and size on my computer, print it out transfer it onto my wood then burn the lettering in. there is a lot of Appling upstairs on making the lettering just the size you want and to the propulsion. In other words I have done both kinds of name plates and the way I do it is more exhausting then carving it. This is only my feelings about the difference in the ways of burning or routering. Hope this makes explaining simple. Jim

Jim I would really like to see a video of the lay out of one of your signs. The way you make your signs sounds like it takes allot of time, but they sure do look good once you finish. I have heard of people making signs the way you do, but the first time I have seen to good results. Thanks again for explaining your process.

I feel bad about pointing this out Jim, but … there shouldn't be an apostrophe in that sign.
