Project Information

Hi all, I have a blog on this table if you would like a run down on the making and other info.

It is a Murray River Redgum burl flattened and finished with satin marine one pack.

The 3 legs are Redgum and Mountain Ash biscuited together and butted at the centre with a keyed join

and they are dowelled to the table top.

The picture is a fitting end to a really fun project, a glass of beautiful Rockfords Rifle Range red to celebrate, I love it.

Great table. I have been looking for that special Burl peice to do this. Have been toying around with different base ideas as well. Great work on yours!

Lots of character. Nice balance in the base ad top.! It will definitely be the center piece of the room.
