Sam, very nice bench to accommodate those dovetails. By the way, love the Blue Spruce mallet and chisels, too.

I like it but it does look heavy and hard to store
How much trouble is it to move around
It looks very well made

Thanks for the kudos, folks.

@Bill_N: When it's not in use, I set it on the back edge of the bench or on the shelf under the bench. Storage really isn't a problem. As for weight, I would guess it's in the 30 lb. range, give or take a few pounds. It's not exactly light, but it is rock solid, and that was my trade off. It is very easy to grasp and isn't at all awkward to move around… Hope that helps a little.

@SteveGaskins: They were a gift from my daughter. They are AWESOME tools, indeed.

I can see how helpful this can be

Willeh, the vise hardware is from Benchcrafted. It really is good stuff.

Bill_N, it really has made a tremendous difference in my comfort level for certain aspects of handwork. This thing is just a tad over 7" high, but for me, that puts the surface of it just below my elbows. Sawing is now more of a natural movement instead of some contortion act, and chisel work is at the perfect height. This small addition to my shop has been just about as useful as the bench itself. It was very much worth the time and effort to build it.
