I use Titebond III
Titebond III is non-toxic, solvent free and is FDA approved for indirect food contact (cutting boards)

Great Board and nice job keeping the grain orientation correct. I see alot of boards where they mistakenly flip it and some of the grain is reversed.

Titebond III is also waterproof which is why I always use it on cutting boards,
