Project Information

After uploading my first Puppy here, I had several request for the pattern, so I made one up along with a detailed video on how to make and assemble the candy dispenser. Thanks to you Lumberjocks for inspiring me to do it! Here is a short video showing it operate. The puppy uses m&m/ skittles types of candies.

This can be made with a scroll saw or band saw, if you would like to make one, go to this link to get the pattern. Puppy Pattern

I want to make another animal candy dispenser, I was wondering if you Lumberjocks had any ideas as to what type of animal I should make. I've been thinking about a horse, cat or bunny but was wondering what suggestions you might have.

Thanks for the input.

Dont make a horse it will knock somebody over with concussion!...or an elephant for that matter, same problem!

Otherwise well done on the woodwork!!

I've decided to go with the Bunny and Jelly Beans, Thanks for the comments and input! I've already designed and put together a working prototype, I need to make a few adjustments and hope to have a new pattern and video ready by Wednesday next week 3/20/13. Major difference though, it doesn't "poop" It will deliver the jelly beans to an Easter basket that it holds.
