This project was made for my grandchildren, and then was put on display at a Harley Davidson Dealership, with many offers to buy. I instead decided to keep it for sentimental value.
@AIBCuttnWud it was done by a friend of mine. He's been doing this for 30 years. He used a walnut stain and spray can varnish. He did 4 coats on the rocker.Jackal
This is great, I purchased the plans to make a rocker simular to yours for my grandson. I am just waiting for my english walnut to cure enough to work with. I had to cut two english walnut trees down last year and had them cut into boards they are now air drying in my shed.
