hey great project, i have a question, can you give an estimate of the cost of the upholstery, iam in the process of finishing two morris chairs and i dont know nothing about upholstery, thanks and this is in my bucket list.

I used some high grace vinyl which cost about $45 a yard. The morris chair used about 2 1/2 yards.

I use tung oil on my pieces for ease of working it. After about 4 or 5 coats, I wet sand it, and give it another 4 coast more or less.

Great looking piece! Made the mistake of showing my wife. Now I think I'm going to have to build a couch to match the Morris Chair I finished a couple of months ago. :)

Nice! The only thing I see wrong with this sofa is it's not in 'my' living room. :)
