Project Information

Ok here is the steering wheel i started months ago. along with a refinished gage cluster and glove box door.
the wheel was a bet of a challenge but turnd out good. he wanted a stock look for the wheel so i coped all the angles and only increased the thicknesses by a little, just for good measure. put all revits and trim rings, but desided to make it a two tone. I put the finger groves in with a jig that i posted pryer, it made the job fairly simple.
circle guide for my router did the rest of the cutting including the dado in the middle for the steal ring of the wheel. Then its just a lot of sandding time and assembly. be carefull the stock gage cluster dosent match the after market one so i got to remake them. Now i just have to wait to see them instaled in the mustang.
