Project Information

First started with a ash body. this picture is with the edge molding glued up and taped while i am waiting for it to dry.


Next, I cut out some maple, cut a slot for the truss rod, and silicone it in


I cut the fret board to size and glued it to the neck blank.


Installed the fret wire, dots, and carved the back of the neck.


Here is a pic of the neck and guitar body (not assembled yet)

Here is the final result



I put strings on it and tuned it up. Sounds great. Now i just need to learn how to play it!

Beautiful job. Now it's time to make a custom fitted case for it to the same fine level of workmanship.
