I will be posting some pics later this year to document the progress. Right now its just unorganized chaos and not really worth showing.
I just wanted to post my location in case any other LJ's were in the area.

Made a lot of progress in the past 3 yrs:
- Contractor replaced the ceiling and turned it to a storage loft
- Updated electrical to 200A
- Insulated and Drywalled most of the walls
- Rough in for utility sink

Here are some panoramas of the progress up to this point:

Still left to do is:
- tapping/mudding
- install trim
- caulk/prime/paint
- install utility sink
- reroute HVAC condensate line to utility sink
- patch holes of removed condensate lines
- insulate/drywall/tape/mud/caulk/prime/paint the front of the garage (now that condensate line is out of the way)
- install surface mount conduits and outlets
- rip out wood filled expansion joint and replace with concrete
- fill cracks and divots in concrete
- grind down the peeling epoxy flooring
- epoxy the floors
