I am a full time, self employed woodworker. My company's core business is custom closets, pantries, laundry rooms, garages, and home offices. I build a couple kitchens each year along with a few entertainment centers.

I spent 28 years in the telecommunications field. One day I decided to walk away from the corporate world and start a business. I didn't retire, I just dropped out and went in a new direction. My business has grown significantly over the past 7 years.

I started doing craft shows in 2008 with promising success. I specialize in end grain cutting boards and work with this business during slow periods on the closet side.

Was just browsing the website, checked out your site, and got a good chuckle out of your saying! Someday planning on dropping out myself….. someday! But still enjoy getting in the shop anytime I can.
