Just thought that I would pass on to you as a reminder to check your motor pulley hex screw and keyway. Mine didn’t have locktite on it and it backed out and wobbled enough to wreck the motor shaft, pulley, belt and when the pulley came off it cracked my center top. one of the guys at work had a 12 inch record storage box that he wanted rid of so I told him I would take it, turns out that with the heavy cardboard sleeves its an awesome way to store blades. I work night shift and holy crap that Kreg pocket hole jig commercial is really annoying. “with the pocket hole jig there is no need for special tools” What the hell do they think the pocket hole jig is? and it aint even cheap. its like 100 freakin dollars. /rant over i guess cliff

thought i just burt up my router - 2 replies
Routing out some douglas fir and router just stopped, didn’t pop, smoke or anything. just wound down like i shut it off, work lights still worked but thats it. took it all apart and found a wood chip in the switch terminal! yeesh, guess ill have to look out for that now too! cliff
