The Slippery Slope #20: Moulson Brothers Dovetail Saw Rehab

I picked this Moulson Brothers brass backed dovetail saw up off the bay quite a while back. It came to me like you see in the pic below. The spine had been removed and reinstalled backwards, it had a bit of pitting, was dull, and both bottom horns were shot. So I pulled it all apart, cleaned and sharpened the plate, cut off the bottom portion of the handle, scabbed on a chunk of beech from an old wood bodied jack plane, bleached, shaped and dyed it to match the best I could and added a finish coat of shellac and wax.
