That nice space has lots of potential to make a great shop.

Thanks, I’m trying to use the space as better as I can with my budget. The garage is 10×3m (30×10ft), but I can only use half the length. I’ve built a second floor over that area to use as storage since the height is 6m (20ft), and have a access ladder, but I can’t take large items up there, since I have to carry them myself by hand.

I, too, see quite a bit of potential in the space. With a ceiling height of 6 meters it is good idea to put this space to use for storage. I am looking forward to seeing updated photos when you get the opportunity to post them.
