I picked up my old craftsman bandsaw today. I was talking to my realtor last week and he knew I did wood work. He told me about this saw that was in his basement and he has no use for it.I asked a few questions and said I would come and look at it. Today I went, it is an older craftsman from the 60-70’s. When I asked how much he wanted. TAKE IT get , thanks for getting it out of here. I REALLY ENJOY those prices. !
I now have 2 bandsaws. Both too small for what I want to do, but “OH WELL.ONE DAY”
Thanks Mr. Realtor guy !

Can’t argue with the price! Usually I find realtors are a close to lawyers – sounds like you should hang on to yours. Nicely done.

I got a similar deal on my craftsman 12’’ bandsaw. I called my brother up to see if he knew anybody that had a decent saw they would be willing to come off of and his reply was “yeah, me, come get it dude keep it i never use the damn thing” set ‘er up and it ran like a dream all it needed was a new set of tires and a stock of new blades. Gotta love the freebies! you were blessed!

You should have charged him for pick up and disposal. No really great find.
