I’m marrying a couple at my church. They really wanted a unity candle holder. I decided to make one. It’s made from White Oak and Black Walnut. The unity candle goes on the center pedistal ant the groom and bride candles go in the holders.

Built these for a customer wanting small end tables. They are red oak, 12” wide by 20” deep. The tops are joined with biscuits. Legs and skirt joined with dowls. Ther is a bead around the skirt and legs. I like classic designs.

I make quite a few of these. They make great gifts as few people have them. I useually make 20 or 30 ‘tubes’ at a time, then put them together as the need arrises. I sell a few but give most away. I use native hardwoods – Walnut, Birch, Cherry and maple. They don’t look like much in the picture as the real beauty is in the immages inside. I use front/first surface mirrors and glass beads.
