Hello all. Well I seem to have whet the appetite a bit so here goes for a ‘novel’ technique for making mitred boxes. Its a bit like making a box out of paper, like they showed you at school, using a ‘net’. Only in 3D, with wood and a tablesaw (not sissors). I’ve had several LJ’s request pics of the jig I made for the wavy Larry board. I’ve snapped a few pics and sent PM’s with bits and pieces of info individually. Hi guys ,, I had a request to make a tutorial with regards the endgrain Tumbling Block Design.First off,.., You need to decide the size of the blocks…. for this example I used 1” stock… Or something similar.. actually just over .. once dressed.
