no previous part Part 1 of What keeps me busy..... series no next part

I started my kitchen with the bare basics after buying my home 5 years ago, That consisted of a sink, a couple of used cabinets, and barely 3 walls. I’ve thrown enough together to get by, but after Christmas, I figured it was time to get busy and make it look like a real kitchen. Here is a few pics of where I started.

So sit back, buckle up, and enjoy the ride…..

patron: yer funny… marty: Nice walkthru, and redo on the kitchen. I hope you didn’t build all that with that handsaw I heard a lot of in the background. hehehe Wow, that’s a lotta gr8 stuff in there, seriously. Very nice. OH, and,
I’d also like to know, who dropped the beer bottle? and hope there was no beer loss, and hope nobody got hurt.

I’m with Roger…...was there any beer loss?

I LOVED the Marty movie.
Sound effects were great.
And the kitchen is looking good as well.
Nice work Marty.

Great transformation Marty! What are you gonna do with the floor? My wife wants to replace our kitchen floor and I’m looking for ideas. I want wood, she wants slate tile!

Stumpy, I think there might be a little left around the edges…..

Andy, I’m not real sure either. Was gonna go with wood, but may end up with slate…..

Did you forget to finish the cabinets above the microwave? They’re a different color and stick out. Tsk tsk. Looks like a zit on the prom queen. ;-)

I like the spindles on the sides of that one cabinet. You turn one spindle and cut it in half?
