Simple Drawing of Plans

Given our very small house, I am trying to design and build a laundry room that provides maximum efficiency and looks good enough to leave open. The vision is to have a handwashing/storage for our three children and a good laundry folding/storage area for the grownups.

I am going to be building the cabinetry myself and looking for any ideas from the large-scale (you can’t put a sink there) to the smaller scale (you need a two inch toe kick in the bottom or don’t use birch

Looks good! Looks like you have considered all of the main elements.. perhaps some shelving above the sink and maybe a mirror?
