I have to start by telling you that The “shop” is an offspring of our maintenance area in our warehouse.We need an area to stage and repair all manner of wear and tear for 8 bathrooms , 8 furnaces, drains ,tile , rugs, painting, baseboards doors etc to keep our 10,000 sq ft warehouse up to snuff.The basics where there and all I needed was an excuse to add this or that rather than hire the job out.
