26. I re-rounded some of them to fix the flatness.
27. I began cutting dovetails and half-blind dove tails by hand for the drawers.
28. I fitted them and sanded them flush.
29. I cut the bottom and back for the drawers with my table saw, cutting the panels and slots, and fine cut them with the shooting board.
30. Using my drill press I cut the circles for my drawer pulls and screwed them in.

We left off at a point where it would be a good idea to now do a dry-fit of the top to the apron.
Dry-fit the top to the apron. Before going further, now is a good time to dry-fit the slant top to the apron so that you can get the exact location of the dado which stores the metal stand when the desktop is closed.

I was asked if I would share plans for the tray table I made for my brother. It actually took more time attempting to write these plans than it did to complete the tray table. I did not take any construction photos so I have used SketchUp scenes to try to illustrate the steps.
