Now that our kids are grown I retired. Sold all of our 35 rental homes, sold and moved out of original home to move into a much smaller one. Our original home was 7,000 sq. ft. and the new one is a mere 2,500 with a 2 car garage but I do have a 10 acre lawn to build on. Only thing I’ve missed from our old home is the 55×70 shop I had so I’ve decided to have another built. My new one will be 70×70. Like Searching for El Dorado... Open space in the wood shop can be as elusive as El Dorado, the lost city of gold. I am fortunate enough to have a shop large enough that I can have some open space to assemble and stage projects before sending them out.
