Around the Shop #13: Barnes Foot Powered Mortiser Disassembly

After I got enough of the mortiser cleaned up to get it moving again, I disassembled it to get ready to start cleaning some of the parts up and getting rid of the rust. Tool Restorations #5: Picador Pup Fig 777 for Model Makers?????

I was wondering if anyone could give me some more information on thisPicador Pup Fig 777 combination machine 1940’s or 50’s era..I just bought today.It’s Made in ENGLAND and is a miniature machine .. kind of looks like a knock off of the ShopSmithonly on a miniature scale..Anyhow.. these are the pics of what I bought.. This machine is still in it’s original boxand has never been assembled. It’s 100% complete.. nothing missing at all.. I bought it because I thought it was cool.....
